Iridescent Chalcopyrite and Calcite

Colorful plate of naturally iridescent chalcopyrite in and on, calcite.  The chalcopyrite has a nice glittery luster with a wide range of colors from the naturally oxidized surface.  The Calcite crystals are also highly lustrous and flashy, with a rich chocolate color floating just below the surface.  This piece is quite unique, rare, and of very high quality from the locality, which does produce a wide variety of calcite combinations.
